Effective treatment for lumbar radiculopathy
There are many causes of lumbar radiculopathy
Common causes of lumbar radiculopathy include herniated discs, bone spurs, narrowing of the spinal column, spinal degeneration, and arthritis. In addition, traumatic injuries can also cause damage to the nerves leading to lumbar radiculopathy. Fortunately, chiropractic adjustments combined with massage therapy have shown to be quite helpful in managing this condition. Physiotherapy is another effective way to treat the pain and stiffness associated with lumbar radiculopathy by increasing strength and range of motion.

Lumbar radiculopathy is a spinal disorder caused mainly by irritation to the nerve root in the lower back region. This condition can be caused by narrowing of the bones around the nerve, often resulting from disk degeneration or injury, as well as cervical or spinal stenosis or a herniated disc.
Lumbar radiculopathy is an uncomfortable condition characterized by radiating pain, tingling sensations, and weakness in the lower back, hips, and legs. Sufferers may experience pain when their back is bent in certain ways or with certain movements. Other symptoms often observed in those with lumbar radiculopathy include numbness or burning sensations that can be felt from the lower back down to the feet; intermittent sharp pains; and a feeling of increased pressure on the spine.
Treatment for lumbar radiculopathy usually begins with conservative measures, including chiropractic and physiotherapy. These treatments often help in decreasing pain, increasing strength and flexibility of the spine, and helping muscles heal. Massage therapy also has some special benefits, such as reducing inflammation around the nerve roots and improving circulation in the affected area.
Back pain is something that many people struggle with every day, but why does it occur in the first place? Common causes of back pain can include facet joint syndrome, herniated discs, lower back pain, lumbar facet joint arthrosis, lumbar stenosis, osteoporosis, sciatica, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, trapezius strain, and upper back pain. It’s important to be aware of these potential sources of discomfort in order to reduce your risk for injury and make preventive lifestyle changes that will keep your back healthy and happy. Consultation with a qualified professional at CARESPACE can help determine the best solution to alleviate any discomfort experienced.

I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Webster for a few months and I've been feeling much better. I had sever knee, shoulder and back pain. I couldn't squat or do push ups without my joints screaming at me. But now I'm not able to only do all those but also feel stronger. The most important piece is that she listened and took my history of many injuries into consideration. And as a dancer, I couldn't have asked for a better chiropractor who not only helped me feel better but also understood my needs.
I also brought my grandmother to Dr. Torreiter for her back pain for acupuncture. He was extremely kind, understanding, compassionate and everything that I could ask for. He made her feel comfortable and explained every step during each treatment. He made sure that she was well taken care of and also made other important referrals that lead to her recovery.
So far I have referred my whole family to these two wonderful individuals and everyone's experience has been equally great. Thanks to them we all are doing much better!
