About the Program
Struggling with emotional or mindless eating? Join our 6-week class, led by Karimeh Haddad, a Registered Psychotherapist, and Christina Wood, a Registered Dietitian. This program is designed to help you understand and overcome emotional eating through mindfulness and practical strategies.

Class Details
Duration & Schedule: The class runs for 6 weeks, starting September 10th, 2024 through to October 15th, 2024. Sessions are held on Tuesday nights from 7-8:30 PM at our Weber North location (virtual attendance also permitted).
