Working from a holistic and integrative lens with a foundation in Narrative, Solution-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioural, Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based approaches, Zoe brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each session. Zoe’s approach is deeply client-centered, focusing on highlighting your inherent strengths and resources to foster resilience and growth. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.

Zoe believes in the power of collaboration, both within our therapeutic relationship and across disciplines. By working closely with other healthcare professionals, we can develop comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of your well-being. If you’re ready to take the first step towards holistic wellness, I invite you to join me on this transformative journey. Together, we’ll navigate life’s challenges and celebrate your victories along the way.
