Aella is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who completed her Master’s in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University. She draws from a range of evidence-based approaches for an Integrative and Integrated Approach, including CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, narrative, mindfulness, somatic, and solution-focused therapies, tailoring each session to your unique needs. Her style is gentle but grounded, helping you make connections between your past and present to support lasting growth.

Aella has experience working with individuals navigating trauma, addiction, and significant life challenges. She works collaboratively with CARESPACE’s interdisciplinary team to ensure your care is personalized, integrated, and aligned with your goals.
