CARESPACE Locations

CARESPACE operates multiple clinics across Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge and is proud to support local teams, schools, and community programs throughout the region. You can view our locations to learn more about where we’re based.

Who We Support

We prioritize sponsorships that reflect CARESPACE’s focus on health, movement, and overall well-being. This includes:

  • Youth and adult sports teams
  • Athletic clubs and associations
  • Community-based recreation programs
  • Health- and wellness-focused initiatives
  • Local events that promote active and healthy living

Preference is given to organizations that operate within the communities we serve and demonstrate a positive impact on participants and families.

What We Look For in a Sponsorship Application

To help us fairly evaluate requests, we ask that applications clearly outline:

  • The organization or team requesting support
  • The level of participation (youth, adult, recreational, competitive)
  • The community or city served
  • How CARESPACE’s support would be used
  • Any recognition or partnership opportunities offered
  • Timeline and important dates

Applications that are clear, complete, and aligned with our values are more likely to be considered.

How to Apply

All sponsorship requests must be submitted through our application form.

Please note:

  • We do not accept sponsorship requests by phone or email
  • Applications should be submitted well in advance of your season or event
  • Submitting an application does not guarantee sponsorship

What to Expect After You Apply

CARESPACE reviews sponsorship requests periodically based on available opportunities and alignment with our community focus. While we’re not able to respond to every request, selected organizations will be contacted directly.
