Dr. Kaitlyn Zorn HBSc.,ND. is a naturopathic doctor with a special interest in mental health/burnout, chronic pain, women’s health and digestion. She enjoys working collaboratively and finding practical solutions for complex health conditions. She received her undergraduate degree in Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences at the University of Guelph, which has made lifestyle medicine, nutrition/supplements and labwork diagnostics the foundation of her practice. Acupuncture is also a common tool that she uses for stress relief and chronic pain/injury management. She believes in patient empowerment and enjoys guiding patients on their healing journey.
Kaitlyn also contributes to the naturopathic profession by regularly writing articles for the Flourish Magazine through New Roots Herbal, and has previously been featured on Daytime TV, the radio and podcasts, to discuss various health topics. In her spare time, Kaitlyn likes to spend time in nature, incorporate mindfulness and self-care into her routine and experiment with healthy recipes.
