When pain or an injury starts deciding how you move, Dr. Pall Dhillon helps you build a clear path back to the life you want

When pain, stiffness, or an injury begins changing how you work, train, sleep, or spend your free time, you deserve more than a rushed explanation or a one-size-fits-all treatment. Dr. Pall Dhillon, BSc (Hons), MSc, DC, brings together an honours degree in kinesiology, graduate-level anatomy training, and broad hands-on experience across university clinics, neurosurgery settings, and private chiropractic practices. That combination helps him look beyond the sore spot to understand how your movement, strength, daily demands, and recovery goals fit together.

At CARESPACE, Dr. Pall Dhillon provides chiropractic care in Cambridge for a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns. You may be recovering from an injury, managing recurring back or neck discomfort, feeling limited by joint stiffness, or trying to return to an activity that matters to you. His goal is to help you understand what may be contributing to the problem, improve how you move, and give you an active role in creating progress that lasts beyond the treatment room.

A foundation in kinesiology, anatomy, and chiropractic care means you receive more than an adjustment—you receive a plan built around how your body moves

Dr. Pall Dhillon, BSc (Hons), MSc, DC, is a chiropractor with a strong general practice foundation and particular depth in movement assessment, injury rehabilitation, and sports-related care. His Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology from Brock University helps him examine how muscles, joints, and movement patterns work together, while his Master of Science in Anatomy strengthens the precision behind that assessment.

In addition to comprehensive chiropractic care, Dr. Dhillon brings a specific interest in sports medicine and rehabilitation. You do not need to be a competitive athlete to benefit from that perspective. Whether your goal is returning to the gym, keeping up with a physically demanding job, moving comfortably through daily life, or rebuilding confidence after an injury, Pall connects hands-on care with education and progressive exercise so each part of your plan supports a meaningful goal.

Your care begins with careful listening, a detailed assessment, and a clear explanation of what happens next

Pall starts by learning what you are feeling, when it began, what makes it better or worse, and how it is affecting the activities you value. He can then assess movement, mobility, strength, and function, using orthopedic or neurological testing when appropriate. Rather than leaving you with unfamiliar terminology, he explains what he finds in practical language and works with you to establish realistic short- and long-term goals.

Depending on your assessment, your plan may include chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue techniques, mobility work, therapeutic exercise, taping, education, or other evidence-based methods from his clinical training. His approach to chiropractic care combines hands-on treatment with active rehabilitation, helping you build capacity rather than relying only on temporary relief. At CARESPACE Hespeler Road in Cambridge, Pall can coordinate with other regulated CARESPACE professionals when your goals would benefit from whole-person, connected care. You receive a coordinated, person-focused plan, with each provider working toward the same outcome instead of treating separate pieces in isolation.

Training across university, neurosurgery, and private-practice settings helps Pall recognize what your body is telling him—and when a broader care team may be valuable

Pall earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from D’Youville University in Buffalo, New York, after completing his honours kinesiology degree at Brock University. He also completed a Master of Science in Anatomy at D’Youville and has pursued further graduate study in Sports Science and Rehabilitation through Logan College of Chiropractic/University Programs. This layered education gives him a detailed understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, exercise, and rehabilitation that can be translated into practical decisions about your care.

During his chiropractic internship, Pall trained at six locations, including two D’Youville clinics, two University at Buffalo neurosurgery clinics, and two private practices. He completed initial and re-evaluation examinations, used orthopedic and neurological testing, developed goal-based care plans, and performed more than 100 supervised chiropractic adjustments. His training also included spinal manipulation, soft-tissue methods, therapeutic exercise, ultrasound, TENS, cold laser, and taping. He received D’Youville’s 2024 Rising Star Award, and his service as Secretary of the Student American Chiropractic Association from 2023 to 2025 reflects the leadership and professionalism he brings into the clinic.

Whether you want to return to sport or simply move through your day with confidence, Pall keeps rehabilitation connected to the goals that matter outside the clinic

Although Pall provides comprehensive chiropractic care for a broad range of concerns, he brings particular depth to sports and activity-related injuries, movement limitations, and rehabilitation. That focus grew from his own passion for athletics and from early experience assisting in Brock University’s athletic therapy clinic, where he worked alongside rehabilitation professionals supporting collegiate-level athletes. There, he learned to use structured HOPS and SOAP approaches, assist with therapeutic modalities, and connect each assessment to short- and long-term goals.

That experience continues to shape how he supports you now. You may be dealing with a sprain or strain, recurring muscular tightness, reduced range of motion, back or neck discomfort, joint stiffness, or a problem that repeatedly returns when training volume increases. You may also feel physically better than you did at the start of recovery but still lack the confidence, strength, or control to resume your usual activity. Pall looks at both the symptoms in front of him and the demands you need your body to tolerate next.

Your progress is not judged by a single adjustment or by how you feel for only a few hours. Pall can track meaningful changes in mobility, movement quality, strength, activity tolerance, and your ability to meet specific functional goals. Hands-on care may help create an opportunity to move more comfortably, while exercise, education, and gradual loading help you use that opportunity. This balance is especially important when you want a result that carries into sport, work, recreation, and everyday life.

You are also encouraged to understand the reasoning behind your plan. Pall explains what each step is intended to accomplish, what you can do between visits, and how the plan may change as you improve. The result is care that supports independence: you gain practical tools, clearer expectations, and a more confident return to the activities that make you feel like yourself.

His lifelong connection to sport helps Pall understand why getting back to what you love can feel just as important as reducing pain

Outside the clinic, Pall is both an athlete and an avid sports fan who follows the NFL, NBA, and Premier League. That lifelong interest in human movement is what first led him toward kinesiology and, ultimately, chiropractic care. It also keeps his approach practical and relatable: he understands that recovery is not only about changing a symptom, but about restoring the freedom to participate, compete, work, and enjoy your life on your terms.
