Alexis Forgac

Alexis is a Kinesiology student at the University of Waterloo, where her passion for the intersection of human movement and well-being has flourished. During one of her cooperative education terms, she had the invaluable opportunity to contribute her skills and knowledge to CARESPACE Health+Wellness, an experience that not only honed her practical abilities but also deepened her commitment to assisting individuals in achieving their health and wellness aspirations.

As she continues her academic journey, Alexis is particularly drawn to the field of rehabilitation sciences, recognizing the transformative impact it can have on people’s lives. Fueled by her desire to make a meaningful difference, she is set to pursue a Master’s degree in the coming years, further refining her expertise and contributing to advancements in the field.

In her free time, Alexis enjoys reading, practicing guitar, listening to Taylor Swift, and spending quality time with her Australian Shepherd.
