Evelyn is passionate about creating long-term wellness through habit-building and exploration of barriers beyond physical health. She emphasizes functional movements that can translate directly to enhancing your everyday life. Evelyn is happy to support you through learning new movements or practicing form to get the most out of your workouts. She has experience working with older adults, weight loss clientele, and youth strength training and posture correction. Evelyn is a Registered Kinesiologist with an Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Brock University and a Health, Wellness, and Fitness diploma from Mohawk College.
