As the new year approaches, many of us are thinking about setting goals for better health and wellness. If fitness is on your list for 2025, CARESPACE Westmount is here to help you stay motivated and achieve your goals with our *Sunday morning group fitness classes*! Starting in January 2025, join us every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. for an energizing workout that combines cardio, strength training, and a fun social environment to make reaching your fitness goals more enjoyable.

One of the best things about group fitness is how it brings people together. Working out in a group setting not only makes exercising more fun but also provides a great way to meet like-minded people who share your fitness journey. Plus, with the structured format of the class, you don’t need to worry about planning your own workouts. Simply show up ready to work, and let the professionals take care of the rest.
