Struggling with emotional or mindless eating? Join our 5-week Emotional Eating Course, led by Karimeh Haddad, Registered Psychotherapist, and Christina Wood, Registered Dietitian. This program is designed to help you better understand your eating patterns by exploring the connection between emotions, thoughts, and behaviours, while building practical strategies to navigate emotional eating with greater awareness and confidence.
