As a Registered Psychotherapist training and work experience in Sex /Couples/Family Therapy and an OCT Certified teacher I have had a long extended and multifaceted career in “human relations”. This includes psychotherapy, counselling, lecturing, teaching, tutoring and mentoring. My natural inclination to work with a broad spectrum of diverse populations has taken me to many places across Canada —including Edmonton, Alberta, Toronto, Ontario and for the last six years teaching a Social Science Curriculum such as World Issues and Leadership online across China.

Most recently, my days were filled with providing psychotherapy and counselling to an often-forgotten cultural group—-Canada’s First Nations—Indigenous population. I have provided counselling support to Inuit communities in Nunavut and several communities in Southern Ontario by paying special attention to issues such as intergenerational trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)—some of whom are residential school survivors.

If you sometimes feel disenfranchised, marginalized, experienced discrimination, microaggression or racism, bullying, workplace harassment, abuse, depression, anxiety, grief, suppressed by unattained career goals and aspirations, family disparities and relationship issues you need a new inner voice. Also, you are NOT alone. I have been there too.

Let me help you REWRITE your inner narrative with various therapeutic approaches such as: (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (DBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative and forms of Integrative Therapies.
