Aidan Costello-Toft, Osteopath in Waterloo at CARESPACE

Aidan Costello-Toft, Bsc, DOMP

When pain or injury starts limiting what you can do, you want someone who understands how your body moves and how to help you recover with confidence. Aidan brings a unique blend of anatomical knowledge, manual therapy, and movement-based rehabilitation to support you in reaching your goals. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph—plus more than 100 hours in their world-renowned cadaver lab—he has a deep understanding of how your individual structure influences your pain and performance. He completed his Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice at the National Academy of Osteopathy and continues to develop his skill set through NeuroKinetic Therapy and Functional Range Conditioning, ensuring you receive care grounded in both evidence and experience. Aidan has worked extensively as an athletic therapist with elementary, high school, and adult men’s and women’s football and rugby teams. He has treated high-level athletes, including CFL and OHL players, CIS varsity athletes, and competitive fighters in boxing, kickboxing, and MMA. While he enjoys the demands of high-performance sport, he equally values working with the general population, helping everyday people overcome pain, manage injuries, and move with confidence. His additional experience supporting concussion research at the University of Guelph’s Clinical Biomechanics Lab, combined with his Bachelor of Education, allows him to explain what’s happening in your body in a clear, supportive way so you feel empowered throughout your recovery. At CareSpace, Aidan works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure you receive a coordinated, personalized plan that reflects your goals—whether you’re aiming to return to your sport, get back to work, enjoy time with family, or simply move without discomfort. Clients choose Aidan for his ability to combine skilled hands-on treatment with practical guidance that helps you get back to the activities you love, feeling stronger, more capable, and more in control of your health.
