If you’re looking to move better and feel better, Dr. Emily, a registered chiropractor, is ready to help you through the use of hands-on chiropractic care. During your first appointment, you will receive a personalized assessment and therapeutic treatment, which may include spinal manipulation/mobilization, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercise advice. Dr. Emily studied Therapeutic Recreation at the University of Waterloo and then attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where she graduated summa cum laude. In her personal time, Dr. Emily is an avid runner and recently completed her first marathon, which helped her to further understand human biomechanics in sport and athletic injury management. Dr. Emily is also certified by McMaster University to provide acupuncture as a part of chiropractic treatment, which will help to reduce your pain, relax your muscles, and improve the overall functioning of your nervous system.
