Cortney offers a safe and welcoming environment to feel heard without judgement and navigate mental health concerns of anxiety, depression, or other life stressors. While utilizing an integrative approach, therapeutic techniques will focus on developing the necessary tools to carry with you outside of therapy and live a happier and fulfilling life. Cortney has a BA from Wilfrid Laurier and earned her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Where appropriate, Cortney collaborates with other CARESPACE practitioners to develop plans of coordinated care.
