Christabel Menezes, MPH, RD

Christabel is a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people feel more at ease with food, their bodies, and their health. She believes nutrition should be flexible, enjoyable, and grounded in real life. Her approach is rooted in curiosity, cultural humility, and compassion. Christabel has a special interest in heart health, weight management, digestive health, and diabetes care. She works collaboratively with each client to co-create a care plan that is realistic, personalized, and sustainable, supporting long-term wellbeing without rigidity. Wherever you’re starting from, she’s here to support you. Outside of her work, Christabel enjoys Pilates, a good book, and experimenting with new recipes. She’s looking forward to working together!
