Annika is a Registered Dietitian who graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutritional Sciences. Annika works with a variety of clients, ranging from kids, to seniors, to athletes. She can help you manage your health by developing and implementing evidence-based nutrition strategies for various conditions, such as diabetes (Type 1 and 2, as well as pre-diabetes), hypertension, chronic kidney disease, IBS, and other digestive disorders. Annika also works with adolescents and adults dealing with disordered eating. She is committed to learning about your health goals and will be able to create a nutritional plan that is best suited for your lifestyle.
