If you’ve experienced injury on the job or at play, or are suffering from a chronic, debilitating condition, your physiotherapist will work with you to improve your strength, increase your range of motion, function and mobilize joints to restore your body’s functionality.
Call (519) 208-2273 or book online today.
Physiotherapy restores the patient’s natural range of movement and function. Guided exercises increase strength, manage pain and reduce stiffness. The patient will regain balance, control and coordination of the patient’s movements. Exercise is medicine, and there will be a focus on learning the correct principles and techniques. Ongoing coaching, as well as shared goals, will set the patient up for long-term results.
We all know that health and wellness is important, but with so many competing priorities, it’s hard to stay on top of it. CARESPACE offers more than just physiotherapy with functional integrative therapies that help promote a healthier life by using a result-oriented, natural approach to rehabilitation and wellness allowing you to get better quickly.
