Our Personal Trainers provide regular, personalized guidance towards building and maintaining a healthy body and mind. Your trainer will create an exercise and diet plan to help you reach your personal health and fitness goals. As part of that plan, you will receive regular motivation, feedback, and accountability to keep you on track, especially when your life fills up with competing priorities. Your PT will work with you to learn correct form and build routines that meet your set of goals, and provide you with exercises you can practice wherever you are during the day.

Aaron Shad, RMT, CPT

Aaron is a Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Registered Massage Therapist. He has taught multiple boot camp classes, functional training classes and strength training classes. This has advanced his knowledge on providing specific exercises on improving overall strength, weight loss management, and rehabilitation.

  

Aaron believes it is important to take the time to educate his clients and takes a collaborative approach to helping you achieve your health goals.
